 Rosen Point is a protruding land mass in Great Nicobar Island, situated South East to the entrance no Campbell Bay Harbour. The lighthouse at Rosen Point assists the vessel traffic heading to Campbell Bay Harbour.

The construction of the masonry lighthouse tower was taken up during 2001-01 and on completion, a 6pm high GI trestle was erected on the tower. The lighting equipment 500 mm cut and polished drum optic with 100W 12V halogen lamp and low maintenance batteries, supplied by M/s Ana Navigational Aids Ltd., New Delhi was installed on the trestle and the lighthouse was commissioned into service in july 2003.
